Most tenants do not have an issue supplying them.If you are developing a tenant screening app you would need to remember who your customer is, the landlord, not the tenant.

Does the app allow you to view webinars?

I tried on the website on both my laptop and my phone, and on the app as well.  

I am not an organized person by nature so I was looking into a phone app that tracked receipts.

For receipts and one page documents, I use the free smartphone app "Genius Scan" to snap a picture of a document and it will convert to PDF (and auto adjust the image for easy reading) and allow you to save them on your phone or email docs to yourself.
