Certificate of Purchase in Pre-Foreclosure in Denver

I found a property in pre-foreclosure actually in Adams county North of Denver. This property says there is a certificate of purchase that was recently recorded. I understand what that means. The confusing thing is that I cannot find any additional info about the property as to when the NED or anything was filed. No sale date, nada. Furthermore, the trustee in the foreclosure is related to a "buy homes" outfit, which I thought was odd.

Can anyone shed some light on what I'm actually looking at? This home is in an neighborhood my wife and I love, and would consider moving into. So I'd like to go after this home.

Adams county site gives a fair amount of information, do you have access to myfirstam app? From First American Title? It gives great information and you can quickly view recorded docs.
