A friend of mine is a developer and is working on building an app for real estate investors.

I feel like it would work to charge a small subscription fee to have a company on call, then have a list of tasks they will do at a set cost and let the landlord choose which they would want to outsource. 

I built something cool around it (well a developer did), but I am the visionary and have closed 8 houses this year with it.
