I'm not sure I agree...it's hard to say with a single picture, but the entire premise doesn't add up...The tub is cast/steel which is then enameled or epoxied etc, and since you say there's no visible indication on the surface of the tub then it is highly unlikely that the coating itself has failed.

I guess I'm not as keen nor experienced enough in knowing if they will be able to EXIT future deals now because they have only proven it once which isn't a long track record at all... it maybe is a future indicator of their inability to BRRRR for their LP investors.

@Heather Hall your title rep or customer service rep can pull all the recorded FHA and VA loans recorded 2020-2021 when rates were under 3% Be super careful with the VA's they are a protected class in 9 out of 10 cases and recent overturn in VA mods indicates those in trouble will end up in court.
