Get a good driver/drill set that also has other tools that run on the same batteries.

A few days worth of down time will certainly recharge the batteries.

Try Quatro Electronics, they have wireless PIR's and use a cellular modem that sends 20 second video clips directley to a central station, it's battery powered too so it's self sustaining with over a 2 year battery life (with alerts when battery gets low)

You can't rely on these people to change the battery in their smoke detectors, let alone keep a carpet clean.

Tenants know I do a series of other maintenance items on the same trip.This is my basic list.(1) Replace AC filter.(2) Bleach AC condensate drain line.(3) Test thermostat and replace batteries if necessary.(4) Exercise ALL shutoff valves - kitchens and bathrooms.(5) Inspect and feel around under sink drains for moisture and leaks.(6) Open toilet tank and look at the tank bolts and overflow tube.(7) Test garbage disposer and throw some ice down.(8) Test smoke and fire alarms. 

Sometimes a temp setting is a mental thing and not a comfort thing.I still have a lockbox and it is never failed, batteries never need replacing and not one complaint.My favorite is my Digital Watchdog camera system.

A simple search around any base will show service members convicted of sexual assault, battery, ect. so are still on active duty.

(almost all have) I only have to take the state module instead of the whole ball of wax to get licensed in other states.I just wonder how it works with Note brokers described above who buy notes in multiple states I doubt they are buying paper in only one state
