I looked at GPS tracking, but they need batteries changed frequently, and a monthly fee to be paid like a cell phone bill, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

At a minimum, our clients pay to have the locks changed, change smoke detector batteries, provide some furnace filters, and do a light clean to the property.

I have 4 young kids age 4,5,6,7 (blended family, two are mine and two are my significant others) so I like the flexibility to be able to jump on the study modules when I have time.
