Commando Leads System?

Real Estate Guru, Book & Course Reviews and Discussions 21.8K Posts 2.1K Discussions

does anybody have any experience with this system? opinions? anything helps, thanks!

I was just recently forwarded an infomercial for it? Have you tried it Marc? If so, any success?

I went ahead and purchased it because it was not thousands of $, so far i like the information given, it seems basic so far and I probably could have figured it out for myself but I am not interested in wasting time. right now I am waiting on FL to acknowledge my LLC before I post anything. I have gone through all the modules though and I have learned some things I did not know. For that alone I think it is worth it, I will report back once I start implementing each marketing method. Good luck

Hi Marc,

I got the same info. Did you have a chance to implement the package? I'm just wondering I f its worth spending on.

@Jose Enage I have implemented the package and have been getting the phone to ring. I have not had any good deals come through (for me at least) but the marketing is working.

"I have implemented the package and have been getting the phone to ring."

Great to hear Marc, keep up the effort and it will get better and better...

David

I've bought the course and will give it to thumbs up. @David Corbaley gives some good information and in a logical way. Try and get his mindmap on implementing his entire strategy, it's great stuff.

I will warn you that to implement everything he has in the course is a FULL TIME JOB. No joke! It was too much for me and I'm looking to hire a VA or someone to do it for me.

Scott, thanks so much for the thumbs up! I appreciate it. I had my CFO go through it a while back and he was a bit peeved... He said "you provide all of this info for HOW MUCH???". He wanted me to raise the price. I think value is a good thing...

Thanks again!

@David Corbaley - Yea, I am aware of your Done For You program and it is something I'd love to do, but even at the discounted rate you had offered, I still couldn't afford it. I'm sort of stuck in a which has to come first situation....I need more money to do the marketing I want to get the deals, but I need more deals to get the money to market the way I want. LOL

So my strategy is to take things in increments, pay what I can afford to pay to get some SEO work done and move on from there.

@DavidCorbaley I'd be interested in giving your program a try. My potential partner and I need something to jump start our real estate investing business. Would this system work for a focus commercial/multi-family investing?

Thanks!

Disclosure: I am the owner

Hey Andrew,

It could work for that but is much more targeted for single family. Consider whether or not your prospective sellers are looking online for a solution. If they are, then absolutely this can work.

Hope that helps!

Hi everyone! @Scott Costello   and @Marc Pfleger  any updates on how the Commando program has been working for you? I'm very interested in it but would want to work with the Done For You program. Did either of you try that with any success?

Thanks! :)

 Hi Nana,

I never got a chance to use the done for you system.  Not that it wouldn't have worked, I just didn't have the cash.  As for the course I never followed through with it completely.  It eats up a lot of time that I did not have.  I've applied some of the concepts and they work, but couldn't do the entire thing.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help

Thanks @Scott Costello  .  Do you mind giving me an idea how much the DFY is? (you can message me directly if you prefer). Just trying to get a sense of if it would be worth it.  I'd like some SEO and online marketing, but I know the time commitment to implement everything myself my be challenging.

after a simple google search I found this review

An "Honest and Open" review by a competitor who is trying to sell you his $797 course...

did not say it was honest or open but the theme is the same everyone looks for an easy automated system or guru. Spending money without doing the required research and hard work there is plenty of free information to be had and free mentoring why do people love throwing away their hard earned  money

Here is an example I have been interested in note investing I bought a book on amazon

  • Note Brokering for $1.00 The book had tons of links that steer you deeper and deeper into forums, seminars, mentoring, etc etc. The information was pretty generic but i still felt ripped off and played ,and it was only a buck. This happens time and time again you learn by doing researching not by spending large sums of money on some system
