Talk about a transformation!!

@Tim Coffey google 100 Edgewood, a class A creative office building redevelopment project in the transforming downtown Altanta submarket.

As an Architect we always see the transformation of old properties but don't get to see the investors perspective.

The transformation taking place is incredible and I’ve been buying buying buying.

In the old days, the barriers to entry for securities trading were high (think brokerage commissions) whereas in real estate there was this allure of the no money down "creative" deal that could transform a penniless person living under an overpass into a mogul with a yacht, big house and scores of bikini babes (yes, the marketing was mainly to a male audience back then and still for the most part today though that seems to be changing a bit). 

What did you end up doing with the garage and how long did this transformation take?

They offer a mix of historic homes, new developments, art galleries, restaurants, and a vibrant arts scene.Government Hill- Situated near downtown, Government Hill is undergoing a transformation with new residential and commercial projects.

Any help is appreciated :)  This is very good question.I am one of those people that do everything.I can say the difference is the transformation in logical thinking.
