Finding Michigan Cash Flow Properties on BP has transformed my real estate investment business and raised my profits beyond my expectations.

I don't agree that most people will transform their own thinking on their own.

I moved to Louisville in 2009 and some of the areas that were very blighted at the time (NuLu, Old Louisville, Downtown) have completely transformed from where they were 6 years ago.  

I just finished reading 'Crushing it in Apartments and Commercial Real Estate" and would recommend it; easy read and author was on the BP podcast (EP 126)If you want to go off on all kinds of tangents, 'Tribe of Mentors' by Tim Ferris has interviews with hundreds of leaders, most  of whom recommend their 3 most transformational reads. 

Deal closes in early July; the transformation may take 6 months or so (with renos & red tape from the municipality).

Rather the NYC market has been driven more sub-factors like the redevelopment of Battery park and Brooklyn Bridge Park, changes to zoning in Harlem, emergence of C and D areas into prime RE, the tech sector transforming certain parts of the city, etc.

Here's where I put a plug in for Vicki Robin's "Your Money or Your Life", the book that most profoundly transformed the way I looked at money.

And if you are running electric from a pole, it needs to have a transformer on it (add ~9k for a transformer).
