It’s also nice that you’ve already got city approval, which is a big hurdle out of the way.On the other hand, branching out with a new property (especially out of state) could help diversify your portfolio and potentially generate stronger cash flow sooner, but definitely comes with more moving parts, especially around management.There’s no one size fits all here, but you’re asking the right questions.

They won't make uninterested buyers want to bid, but they will encourage the interested buyers to make a move.In addition to having a real estate lawyer to handle your paperwork it's also a great idea to have a mortgage broker or 2 lined up to refer interested buyers to if they aren't already working with someone.An alternative you may want to consider is offering seller financing.
