First Quadplex purchase
Hey first time user, have some funds set aside for my first true real estate deal. Been running through the numbers and seems a Quad is a great tool to cover expenses while gaining some cash flow. I know they don't appreciate as much as SFH but as a first timer what was more important to you. More appreciation for equity or cash flow from tenets? Just don't want to get burned with a SFH if vacant for a period of time. Plan on having a saftey net but would rather use that on hvac, roof, etc... instead of mortgage cost.
