If there is no appraisal done at time of origination it's an automatic no. that's been the biggest hurdle we have seen as many do not get appraisals and back number into fit a specific situation vs valuing the property

We're looking at foundation piers sitting in water and then plumbing waste-water lines that are glued together... who knows how... the left one looks like it has 5 or 6 fittings all somehow trying to connect to a clean-out... why so many pieces?
