Seeking CPA

I am bootstrapping a real estate investment business and am physically located in upstate NY (Binghamton area). I've opened an LLC and am putting a property in it in the next month or so. I intend to do all sorts of REI work thru the years BRRRR cost segs 1031's and need a CPA that is well versed and investor focused that can help m me grow for many years to come. I also will have my hand in e-commerce and work a w2. I am forming a partner ship at the same time as I am stabilizing my first duplex here in upstate NY as well.

In house tax teams are great too if you provide that. As I am bootstrapping this business, cost is a consideration in these formative years. Post below who you use as a CPA or if you are one yourself. Must truly be versed in real estate and investor focused.
