Ross, there was an article in the Durham newspaper a couple or three years ago about an IBM employee who was a real estate investor with a few properties, including a couple of 4-plexes. 

The newspaper published an article saying they think a mini recession will hit Miami soon as the median income is 42k and all the middle class are being pushed out of a large area of Miami.

Might be easier to find a native, educated, Spanish speaker to translate your existing English contract to Spanish.

I meet plenty of California transplants here in the same or higher income bracket so the California migration in that article feels very real, much to the disappointment of native austinites.

I've seen a lot of success in this market and as a native I see first hand the growth of certain submarkets in the city.

I am a New Haven County native that lived in Boston for 15 years and has been back in the Elm City for seven years. 

This is mostly true of native Americans (not Native Americans, the original inhabitants of this continent), who in my opinion (and sadly to say) are soft and lazy relative to a good part of the rest of the world.
