Which of these main Texas RE markets would you invest in?

I am speaking primarily from a cash on cash return standpoint.

San Antonio, TX

Dallas - Fort Worth, TX

Houston, TX

Looking for your personal favorites and pros/cons of each market. I am looking at SFHs and 2-4 units.

I would not be an out of state investor in Texas period.  personally.. between property taxs and foundation issues this is a tough market... again just personal opinion based on my expiernce owning property there and paying those astronomical tax bills and having to do foundation work on every single property I ever bought.. that alone wipes out 2 to 5 years of cash flow.
