Hi there,

Asking such a big question: I'm trying to get my first deal done, and still trying to narrow down which city/area I should be looking at.

I'm a first time investor, I live in San Jose, CA, but I'm inclined to invest out of state where R.O.I is in double digits.

I've done quite some research and combined a list of cities below (feel free to add one if you think I'm missing one that has great R.O.I):

Baltimore, MD

Nashville, TN

Chicago, IL

Minneapolis, MN

Atlanta, GA

Detroit, MI

Phoenix, AZ

Boston, MA

Buffalo, NY

Miami, FL

Dallas, TX

Destin, FL

Corpus Christi, TX

Clearwater Beach, FL

Orlando, FL

Tampa, FL

Jacksonville, FL

Cape Coral, FL

Pittursburg, PA

Huntsville & Montgomery, AL

Cleveland, OH

Cincinnati & Dayton, OH

Indianapolis, IN

Kansas City, MO

Columbus, OH

Milwaukee, WI

San Antonio, TX

Charlotte, NC

Arlington, TX

Reno, NV

Richmond, VA

Durham, NC

St. Paul, MN

Las Vegas, NV

Boise, ID

St. Petersberg, FL

St. Cloud, MN

Houston, TX

Anyone would mind sharing an insights which city/area would be most ideal? In terms of R.O.I, including property management and all costs.

Thanks!
