I am not sure if it poor site design of having too much going on in each page with lots of dynamic ads or just poorly designed ads themselves but it has gotten more cumbersome in the last couple years.

I didn't exclude the rental income from real estate and it doesn't matter if you include or exclude it because the dynamic is the same, as you'll understand from the example below.

They can probably do a visual inspection immediately and indicate whether it is likely or unlikely, then they can conduct a physical test of mold in the air and on surfaces.

The dynamics get a little more complicated for larger rental properties, but in your case of a personal residence, or even a duplex/triplex I think these assumptions hold true.Of course, if you believe that unemployment will stay high, but all of the printed money will create inflation we could potentially be going into a stagflation scenario.
