We are in Florida, so I believe the eviction process is pretty fast if there's a default (I have never had to do it but I have read up).

I’m in the process of locking in subcontractors for my latest project in Sparrows Point, MD and was wondering if anybody could recommend an HVAC company to install a new heat pump (or mini-split) system in a single family house.  

I close on it Wednesday the 18th as of now, and even though this was a long process I really feel like this is going to rocket me onto the path of financing independence and a better quality of life!

How does the process works in simple terms, like if you were to drive for dollars and come up with about 50 leads or so do you just go ahead and send off the mailings to the address or is the a process in between that I am missing?

If you plan on going the traditional mortgage route, maybe reconsider your departure.

However, I felt some serious deception throughout the entire process and I have to wonder how some of these guys cope internally with the methods of this business model.

I welcome any advice on education or how to improve my processes.
