I think that a better search function when searching for potential network contents could go a long way in solving this.

My contractor is telling me the door is functional and it does not need to be repaired at this time.  

Ok, I was trying to look at August that way, but I didn't find anything on check-in or check-out type functionality. 

Our website is functionally non-existent and - save for Facebook and Nextdoor.com, we have no other online presence.

Unfortunately, there was still one in inventory, it was just sitting in the shopping cart that was abandoned down on isle 5.I developed software to deal with these abandoned carts and it had some other functionality that we don't need to get into.

Buildium is $45 up to 20 units.I am going to need to purchase one and I only need a small part of the functionality.  

Our international move was necessary but he took a huge pay cut and due to family issues he’s agree to take a local job that pays much much less in order to help me out. 3 small kids and a pilot who’s gone all the time does not equal a happy life.. our vacation home is getting a new kitchen period lol I don’t have a dishwasher and it’s just not very functional.

And I do view their recently sold function when considering making an offer on a property.Just my opinion.

If you use the search function you can find a lot of good discussion on the matter.The short answer is that they can be done, but with a lot of downside risk.
