I'm not in the note business, but it seems on certain properties, buying the note seems like the best way to get control of the property which otherwise is stuck in limbo while simultaneously losing value because of physical deterioration and getting more expensive because of accumulating debt and new liens.I don't think a single note purchase is biting off more than I can chew, but don't know where to bite.
