I have owned residential and a few commercial real estate properties for the past 15 years. I was a Chiropractic physician for 20 years and sold my practice in 2008. I have been a full-time investor since then and have begun buying, rehabbing, and selling residential properties the past 2 years. Have taken some good seminars and read a lot of books on flipping. Really enjoy the business and look forward to finding more deals and learning more on each deal I do.
