Current NOI and future NOI?

Considering your age and bright future just keep doing what you are doing.  

If the seller is sincere about offering a commission, then they should just do so on the MLS - by not doing so it sends a mixed message and creates a future time investment.

Feeling a little overwhelmed I guess.... but excited for the future. 

I had the same issue a month ago when I bought a duplex and though it probably cost me a little more, it saved me time, stress, and helped maintain a great relationship with someone who could potentially steer future investments my way.

Fleas love hiding in piles of dirty laundry.Treatment would be simple if they and their stuff were out of the apartment.To prevent this problem in the future, I will be putting pest control on the tenant in my leases (but continuing to spray the outside).Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking to get my funding for future house flips and I'm planning on going through a hard money lender for my first deal.
