Toward the end of the loan process i was notified the loan was dead since I had not owned the house in my personal name for the last 6mo.I was able to find non-goverment backed loans for this but only at a 15 yr term.

Once you see a trend and feel more comfortable with the whole process you’ll get better and faster and you might even think of getting a bridge loan of some sorts to go bigger faster.This way you can also figure out if your line of thought is heading towards a way where you can make better decisions on a property purchase or not.Should this whole thing go south in whatever way, you can always resell the furniture and go back to zero.

But you can circumvent this all buy just buying the assets and reselling that is what you want to do.But keep poking around I am sure something will gel for you .. . but do check out Gary.. you will be amazed at all the low end real estate.. and then your next thought process will be WHY HOW WHy and how can I buy homes for under 5k each..
