Buying without an agent
I approached my friend who has listed his house in the market to buy his house. He offered to sell me the house at less than 10k of the listed price if he don't have to go through a real estate agent. I have not done a real estate deal without an agent. Can anyone guide me through the process of buying a house without an agent and what I need to look for.
