All the advantages you claim to have are actually going to cause you to crash.The very worst thing that can happen to many people is they win the lotto because when they get a lump of money in their hand like they never had before they don't know whether to 'poop or go blind' as my parents would always say.Example.

The City of Santa Monica Attorney's Office is bullying my family (as well as other mom-and-pop property owners) into accepting a Section 8 voucher from a terribly problematic current tenant who:1) Has harassed other tenants to the point that they feel physically endangered and decided to move out of the property2) Shouted racial slurs at people working on the property and threatened to call immigration enforcement on them3) Has vandalized the property as well as that of neighbors, including ripping the windshield wipers from an elderly, handicapped neighbor's car4) Is currently harassing potential buyers of the property, preventing us from being able to sell it / causing monetary damagesBackground:My family has owned and operated a modest multi-family property in Santa Monica for 45+ years.

I have some Kenmore I bought new as well (from Sears) and neither Frigidaire nor Kenmore have caused me any issues though all are under four years old so they shouldn't.GE sucks - I bought one and the compressor went after only 17 months.

You should be able to get the deed from the attorney that did the foreclosure....they probably can file for you, but you can also file it if they give you a copy.You can also notify tax office, but chances are they will want to see that the deed is filed.I always say check with tax office a couple of weeks after you file, because they don't always pick up the new deeds.....they should, and normally they do, but I see it happen enough where they don't get updated info...and that could cause you a problem...in lots of different ways....like no one has your address and the city code department is putting on lawn mowing liens and charges...or you're not paying your tax bills because your not getting them, then you have to pay penalties and interest.

This has caused at least 3 major problems: 1) the market is now oversaturated with Airbnbs, 2) rental rates have come down bc of so much competition, 3) there's a dire shortage of workers available to service the huge increase in the # of Airbnbs.Wait times are often a month or longer for service providers.
