Some investors prioritize stability and ease once a property runs smoothly, while others are willing to endure complexity for higher upside.

The rare exceptions to selling for appreciation harvesting too pyramid is when the asset has a special factor to it's specific positioning, such as water-front or something similarly special and very long enduring to it's placement.

Just know, building wealth and being successful is less about choosing the perfect strategy - its those who are able endure uncomfortability, failure, and learning as they go over a long period of time that builds wealth and success. 

The other idea of how bad it was is that someone high up in the department basically ended up dictating that it get opened (he saw all the bs I had already dealt with and bluntly 1) felt sorry for the bs I endured 2) probably was shocked how cumbersome the process for this one item was in my case).  

Strong cultures endure because standards are enforced.

That doesn’t happen without poor underwriting, I don’t care how many economic disadvantages they’ve had to endure. 

So I’munsure if it is a landlord friendly state and the exact trials andtribulations you must endure to cashflow a property there because inthe 5 states I own, they do not require Rental Licenses, snowremoval, or lead tests.

And if you haven't looked around, affordability in almost everything and anything is in the Great Depression terms-- the difference is back then it was against Gold so they endured it.

I manage around 30 furnished MTRs in Florida, and I have tried all of the main platforms:Airbnb - By far has the biggest market share (and the biggest marketing machine), and only charges the host 3% (this is less than you pay for credit card processing on other platforms).Note: There's an enduring fallacy out there that Airbnb = STR or "nightly stays".

I really thought this through and I truly think it's the only legit, enduring solution that threads the needle of best results for all on BP, and for BP Platform profitability (if it don't make $, it won't make sense for ownership and thus, it won't happen, right).
