You need to be coach able,  listen and implement what is provided.

I think you'll start to see states implementing some laws around this.

I think the state has obviously recognized this issue, and has been implementing polices which will incentivize more housing to be built, to help with the supply and demand problem the state faces.

While NH has implemented zoning changes and policies to encourage more supply to be built, there is still the fact which it is not known for major developments.

Once implemented, 10 days late the 1st month, 7 days late the second month, and 1 day late last month. 

The biggest efficiency win I've seen teams implement is consolidating their dialer with solid CRM integration so callbacks and follow-ups are automatic.
