Does anyone have a New York State compliant first-step eviction notice that I can serve on the tenant?

I noticed there have been some significant decreases in asking price up and down Western NC. 

Waiting six months to refinance to get a .25% rate decrease may not make sense if you are paying a hard money loan of 12% in the meantime.

Hey all, anyone noticing an uptick in delinquencies as costs continue ticking up and the job market is not doing so amazing...

Their clients who got into trouble, they did a refinance if it helped and extended the Amort period so the lower payments might offset the decreased occupancy rates.From a loan standpoint we both added to our Fixed loans and maintained our Working Line of credit about 1 month ago. 

I'm told the smell frequency decreased to once a week after I poured water down the drain as a temporary measure 2 months ago and then after I finally got the water running in there again 2 weeks ago there hasn't been anything.So case closed, I hope.You'd think this would have been easily fixable months ago, but it wasn't.

I don't think I noticed the others doing the same because they were so over the top ridiculous I'd instantly tune out.
