Realistically, you will probably only get the deposit amount back, but you should itemize the cost to get it rent ready and the rent for the period they should have given notice and put that on a move out deposit itemization.If you don't have a forwarding address mail it to the address of the unit.

Anyone else seeing a huge decrease in traffic from Furnished Finder?

I noticed too that underwriters were looking for a reason to say No vs Yes. 

The drop in the Fed rate will decrease the cost of money and that would help a lot of business's.

This is with me doing a large portion of the labor to decrease the overall build price in order to keep loan amounts reasonable. 

Has anyone else noticed that?

That's not going to change, so why not, at the very least, just decrease that bill?
