Even when you are doing massive Ad-Words, Marketing, Facebook Ads, Youtube Ads, Door Knocking everyday and Mailers, no customers or leads no sustainable business, lol.

I'm talking about things like,Order yard signPost on MLSRun Google Adwords campainRun Facebook/Instagram Ads campaignOrder text for more info for yard signEmail blast to all local RealtorsReverse ProspectThere's a lot of things but what am I missing here?

In the meantime, using AdWords is an excellent way to gain immediate exposure while you build your organic traffic. 

Based on the pricing below, the above ad wording is, as best very misleading and, at worst, is not at all true.

I jumped ship and tried my own SEO / Adwords campaigns, hired experts and did all the right things but couldn't generate an abundance of leads let alone anything of quality.

Adwords gives us complete control over volume of leads.

We have a website, we are on Google with Adwords, (spent $700 on that last month) we mailed out over 1,500 postcards to vacant houses and houses that are coming up for tax sale, we have an ad on craigslist, and yet no deals. 

Whether this is using something like Facebook Ads or Google AdWords or just going to local events and handing out business cards with your URL on them.  

I have began incorporating different marketing campaigns such as mailing yellow letters, building websites, squeeze pages, good adwords, etc... and have began to get those calls.
