I'm not familiar with the Charlotte, NC market, but from what I understand, it's not a VR market, so you could technically lease the property out to an LLC that operates the STR.

If you're looking in VR markets then your price point is going to be ridiculously high.

Has anyone invested with Home Team Vacation Rentals in the past? I had a intro call with them on Friday and their business model sounds amazing, but maybe too amazing.  Looking to get insight.

So many turn to the basement dwellers with the "command centers" full of pawn shop bought computer monitors of which some are in Porn Hub 24/7 while they shill crypto and for gurus in various spaces like real estate.

Does anyone have a recommendation on either VR cold calling services or references to any cold calling companies/ programs? 

They each send me monthly reports from Hostfully and VR platforms but then I have to manually make sure that they match what is uploaded into my bookkeeping software directly from bank and credit cards, double check that all the bookings match the airbnb and vrbo bookings and that the payments sent to me from the managers is the correct amount.

There's so many things that can change the dynamics and attitudes like partners dying, getting married, getting divorced, having kids getting addicted to drugs/gambling/porn/anything, not pulling their weight, wanting to sell, stealing money, getting cancelled form some social media post, and the list goes on.

I am co differing buying a VR to get into a school district for my son and it’s a good deal so I am comfortable.

But basement dwelling incels are likely as good at AI as Porn Hub.
