I’m in the DMV area and have always wanted to buy a multifamily but most of them are out of budget and the ones I can afford are generally in worse neighborhoods(Deanwood, anacostia, congress heights, etc…) NACA gives amazing benefits which is why I wanted to use it in the fullest capacity to get something I wouldn’t have otherwise been able to afford without it.
