I'm so proud of what this site has become, and I can't believe how many people we've managed to help, inspire, teach, etc.
Thank you to everyone who has been there to help and support the site. Of course, our developers, moderators, writers, support staff, and active members all deserve my thanks. You have all helped us to build BP into the best real estate community online!
Please continue to be voices for this website.
We need everyone to help us continue to grow, and I'd like to challenge all of our members to make an effort (if you're not already doing so) to help spread the word. Invite your friends, family, and colleagues to join up! Blog about us on your personal websites. Share us with your friends and followers on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Help us reach 50,000 members by 2010! We can make it happen, but we need your help!
wasn't it not long ago we were making bets on whether it would hit 35k members or so many posts or something like that?
It's a seriously amazing site Josh and it's only obvious that the membership is growing. It's a testament to you and all your hard work that has allowed so many individuals to connect all in one place.
I wonder if you ever realize how many lives you either changed or improved through and because of your site. I'm honored I've been a part of it for the few months and look forward to seeing you reach the 100k member mark.
Congrats on the big milestone Josh. I've been a member for a full year now, and I've learned so much. This website is invaluable (so please don't go messing it up by selling it to google lol). I've met so many people. I am happy to report that I will be doing my first few deals this month.
