BP has helped me tremendously from the time I first came here (not knowing ANYTHING about real estate) to now (knowing a LITTLE about a real estate)...

I look forward to the 10 year anniversary thread, when hopefully I can say I know SOME about real estate... :)

This is not only my favorite Real Estate site but my favorite site period and has helped me learn so much more about real estate beyond the traditional buying and selling of one's personal residence. It's an investors dreamsite ... I love the timely, helpful and profitable information presented every day. I belong to a few real estate forums and I can safely say that the quality of content, and of the posters, is far away the best here.

The fact that you take suggestions, ask for input, and generally care about what we think is in part what is making BP a success.

Congratulations on 6 years. I'm sure there is a lot of behind the scenes work to make that happen. I am also sure that you found members right from the start that were willing to give of there time and knowledge to make this a worthwhile place to visit.

I want to thank Josh and many of the long time members that have allowed this site to be what it is today. It is great to see many newer faces coming in as well. I'm still fairly new myself, but I enjoy the hard work dedication that has made this site a great success.
