Jon Klaus I am a licensed real estate agent that has specialized in the investment side of the market. My core competency is locating 25-30 good deals for investors a month. My goals is to make investing as easy as possible. As I am sure you are aware, the investing market in Dallas is getting more and more difficult as inventory shrinks and I provide a private inventory properties that are not for sale to the open market.

Hi Stephen, I am brand new to BP and I'm in the North Dallas area. I've been reading and listening to podcasts as much as possible. I plan to jump in and either bird dog or wholesale hopefully by the time kids are back in school. I plan on attending the next TXREIC meet up as well.
