Police activity on Google Streetview - dealbreaker?

What would be your reaction if you saw indication of police activity at a property you're researching on Google Streetview? My immediate reaction was to toss the property aside - don't want to inherit problem tenants or other potential headaches. I'm curious if seasoned investors feel similarly. Would you feel similarly if the police activity was at the property next door?

This is the image that sparked the question.

That is a beautiful neighborhood. It is clean, houses are well maintained, and that park is great. There are no gangs hanging on the street corner or people sitting on couches on their lawn, no trash anywhere. Even the best neighborhoods have police activity. I wouldn't think twice about investing there. If you live anywhere near there I'll bet you already know the war zones.
