Looking for Real Estate Investor Events/Conferences in DFW

Hi everyone,

I’m based in the DFW area and currently in the early stages of my real estate investing journey. I’m looking for any upcoming local investor meetups, networking events, or conferences where I can connect with other investors and continue learning before I make my first investment.

If you know of any solid events coming up, or even regular meetups in the area, I’d love to hear about them. Appreciate any recommendations you can share!

Hey Joshua, 

Propstream used to host alot of events in the area when I lived there. Just googled Propstream meetup DFW and it looks like they still do. Looks like they have a major one coming up soon. Their events are usually free and educational. You can also reaching out to investor friendly title companies such as Patten Title Company. They used to sponsor a lot of educational and networking types of events. You can call and ask if they still do that and if so, ask to be added to their email list for future events.

    Hey @Joshua Johnson, there are a few solid meetups in DFW that occur from time to time. I always recommend setting up your own RE meetups with a handful of investors. 3-4 experiences investors chatting over coffee/drinks will provide you much better knowledge than a seminar with hundreds. Happy to invite you to one of our meetups.

    DFW REI Club – HERE – meet about 50 times per year. Lots of different topics and a very friendly group.

    Impact Grapevine - HERE - Started in Bigger Pockets and super friendly atmosphere. This is the one Sherry Patterson hosts

    REIAF - HERE - Wholesaling group that has TONS of members doing big numbers

    Panther City REI - HERE

    Texas Tuesday Real Estate Mastermind – HERE and HERE

    The Event - occurs about once per quarter - HERE

    DFW Real Estate Roundtable - a lot of Pace Morby students and super nice group - HERE

    IMPACT Arlington - HERE – this one meets in Arlington once per month. 

    Invested in Texas: Pickleball & Real Estate - HERE - Hosted by Jason Koford who also has a pretty REI Calendar to keep up with all the local REI events: dfwreicalendar.com

    Lifestyles Unlimited - https://lifestylesunlimited.com/ - a membership only group but certainly adds lots of value for their members
