Struggling to start

Hi! I’m 22 and interested in real estate. I understand wealth build slowly so I’m not rushing into buying right now just trying to gather information. Just curious on where you guys started or would start. I just got out of debt, saving, stay with my parents so no real bills yet, and credit score a 760+ with credit history. I’m mainly focused on multi family home such as duplex triplex or 4 unites.

How much of a down payment do you have to have to start or get loans? Do you have to house hack starting out? Where would you start or Just any tips would help!
