I went to a seminar branded by Nick Vertucci. After a couple of days at the seminar, they are offering a continuing 4 day seminar in California priced at $40,000. Is this realistic? Has anyone heard of Nick Vertucci or his Real Estate Academy?
Colleges qualify you with entrance exams. Good franchises vet you to ensure a likelihood of success. Even to get in the Army you have to pass a physical. All these guys care about is whether you have $40k.
It is funny people comment on peoples programs that they never used They just assume. I looked up the nick guy he has closed more deals than anybody else by far. Cnt be too bad. Many have no clue what they are talking about have friends who dealt with various programs credentials are bad they will beat people up with rates that is common sense. Same as buying a car. They closed on 8k deals. Brent none of people who did various programs said nothing close to what you are talking about. You are just making up examples.
Yep, I like a good story. And so it would seem, do you.
That is, unless you have personally taken Nick Vertucci's $40k "program". No?*
Then why are you making comments on peoples programs?...
* [Btw, it's far too late to admit you're one of Nick's students; people ignore vested interest!]
Value depends on person. Everybody has opinion. I hate when people bring up costs of college when comparing to guru trainings. If people paid attention majoriry that go to college dnt make it, struggling like crazy. Many just waste their money , same as people say about guru trainings. In that regard both sides are blowing money.

while I suspect none of you know Nick personally I do.. I funded his deals when he started in Detroit.. and like the person above said those were not great deals in the long run.. but no Detroit deals bought in 2002 to 2004 were no matter what Turnkey company you bought form the market crashed.. simple as that.
Nicks clients then moved to INdy and did quite well.. then nicks clients moved to Vegas before the herd and they have all doubled their money .. ( again the buy and hold product you can purchase at the back end of these things.) then they went to Orlando once Vegas started getting to frothy and they did another 600 or so there and those clients have all made money.. this has nothing to do with the training which focus's on fix and flip.. And Nick was the one who told me to go check out Charleston SC 6 years ago when we were having lunch in Vegas one day.. and I have made millions in that market personally..
So lets not confuse the turnkey homes that were sold over the years by Nicks companies with the current day training programs.
as Training programs go and they are all the same cost.. Nicks is by far the most comprehensive . But like I will always say with these things If you can stroke a check go for it .. if you have to borrow the money to go.. think twice.. 200 buying units go to an event 10 folks will do something with what they learn.. and they WILL learn how to find fix and flip a home.. there is no doubt.
Many after doing this realize its HARD lol and they just buy a rental.. which is where I have been in these organizations cogs financing the rentals..
Also keep in mind BP is Anti paid training for virtually any real estate.
And Nick through various associations may have done 8k deals over the last 2 decades I know I funding probably 1500 of them or so.
So those are my thoughts based on actuals.. not BP emotions LOL>

Jump on a plane to St. Louis. I'll pick you up at the airport, drive you around and show you the apartment building I want to buy. $40K will get you 50% partnership. I have $40K for it as well; $80K is close to 20% down. You'll have collateral for your cash, rather than a diploma in your office.
