I am looking to get involved with real estate, more specifically rental properties in the Columbus, OH market. I am looking for some guidance on getting started and things to consider when starting out. Things such finding the best agent suited towards my interests, any professional legal/financial items, etc. Appreciate the help!

Hi matt what kinds of properties? SFR? Multi? What class? A, B, or C? and then what pricepoint? Under 100k? i can point you in the direction i'm sure if you shoot me some info
