Teenagers starting out
Hello im a 16 year old that has a dream of creating massive wealth in real estate. Im just wondering if anyone has any suggestions about what i should do, what im capable of doing right now, and how i should spend my time to better myself in the field. Thank you!

Hi Joe,
Read Rich Dad Poor Dad and Get a Job (When Corona is over) and make as much money as you can as quickly as you can (don't spend ANY of it).
If Olive Garden is still in business after Corona the waiters there seem to make pretty good money.
