I am considering moving over to RESimpli and would appreciate any feedback from current users. Please provide the pros and cons of this system.
Hey everyone,
I just wanted to give an update for RESimpli now that I have been using it for a couple of months now. Please keep in mind, this is my opinion and I am not being paid by RESimpli or any other person for my comments. Hopefully, I can actually help the Investing Community with my own experiences and this will help someone decide if this software is for them or not.
First let me say, that I am totally impressed with how the company is run and that starts with Sharad. I am not just saying this because he is on this forum or post. He really is a proactive person. The company is as well. So far my experience with Resimpli's Customer Support has been exceptional. One of the reasons i chose ReSimpli was because I called one of the other companies I had narrowed my CRM down to (will withhold the name of the company) and they had one of the worst support teams I have ever experienced. They could hardly answer any questions and the ones they did answer just seemed a bit off and lacking. I gave them two chances just in case they had a newer support person. So ReSimpli wins out in this category.
I know I mentioned good support but also they have really good onboarding as well. They also tell you that if you need additional onboarding that they are happy to set up additional classes.
One thing I like is that they have a weekly Mastermind call. This is a good chance to see how to put the software to work. Sometimes there are guest speakers and sometimes it is Sharad showing you how to use the software. The videos are recorded and you can go back in the Help section and watch them later.
Now here is something that I hope changes. One of the reasons I chose ReSimpli was to also send out postcards. It is pretty easy to use and send out postcards. However, it may be 12 days before the order goes out (I think that is what it was on my last order). It worries me that another investor may reach my targeted homeowner before I do. I hope this amount of time will be reduced in the future.
There are always improvements taking place. Each month so far new updates have been added to the software making it easier to use. They even ask you for input to make changes. Just this past week, I got an email letting me know that they are making changes to all of the plans. Now all plans include List Stacking AND all plans now include the Driving For Dollars app. I have to say, that was pretty cool. A company adding more options to a plan instead of trying to Nickle and Dime me with upsells. How refreshing!
So my first few months with RESimpli have been good. The software is fairly easy to use and they really are on top of things. I hope this helps.
@Josh Chapman Sorry to see nobody has responded here. It would be helpful to let us know what you are looking to do with the system. What problem are you trying to solve? That could help get some answers. Cheers.
REISimpli seems like a decent tool from what I can see on it. It looks like they are using twilio for numbers and marking up the calling and sms prices a bit. It looks a lot like a customized version of High Level, kind of like REI Reply. I am liking a lot of the upgrades REI Blackbook has done and I use them for my crm right now though. I think Danny used them back in the day too.
Thanks guys! I signed up for Resimpli as I was tired of Podio.
@Josh Chapman Podio is great to prove out a proof of systems concept, but it doesn't scale well. Happy you found something that will allow you to scale! Update us with how you like it.
@Josh Chapman
Hey Josh! i'm looking to start using REsimpli as well. It seems better optimized than podio for funneling and processing leads. What has been your experience?
@Kyle O'Donnell we have really enjoyed REsimpli. There are a couple minor things that annoy us from time to time, but for the most part it has been great! It is very user friendly.
Can resimpli replace propstream to look up property information like remaining mortgage, tax information, liens, mls history, mortgage transaction history, etc? What about comps? Can you easily find cash purchases close to the property and things like that? That's basically what I used propstream for the most and if I can pay 100 a month for resimpli and get those features and also the crm and accounting features I'd be happy. Any thoughts?
I know this thread is a few months old, but just FYI for anyone finding this considering Resimpli, the biggest issue I see with them is that their report options are TERRIBLE and they offer 0 customization to the metrics they do provide.
On top of that they are a completely closed system so you can not pull your data out in any way to create useful reports or integrate with any other system. Ok, not completely closed; they allow you to push data in, but then your stuck to see and manipulate in a very limited way.
For me this is a deal breaker because if you can't quickly and easily check on the health of your business, you are wasting time and stifling your growth.
It is a shame as so much of the rest of the system is great and easy to use.

@Luke Grogan I'd love to talk strategy with you regarding the systems you've been looking at. I've been in the CRM business for years and real estate investor since 2003. It'd be helpful to know what you're looking to accomplish with a system as that dictates choice of which one to go with as they are all a little different. Anyway, I'd be glad to talk. DM me if interested.

Hi Jenna, I am the Founder & Owner of REsimpli. We built the system the way we did for very specific reasons. There are lots of benefits that come with a closed system than the downside of editing stages.
At this point, we have users who are just getting started to investors doing over 300 deals/year all using the same system.
I am more than happy to answer any specific questions you have.

We are not a replacement for Propstream.

Luke, if you are looking for something customizable then I would definitely look at Dannys CRM solution. We have built REsimpli with a very specific purpose that our users once understand love it.
Have the issues with the REsimpli logo showing up in Esign been resolved? This question is in relation to Ryan Dossey's video on YouTube. I also remember Ryan saying numbers were showing up in caller ID as REsimpli and having to call up the Helpdesk to get them to change it to identifiers that would relate to his company.
Just curious if these items have been resolved.

Hey Sharad,
Thanks for replying. I didn't even know you had replied. I guess I need to change some settings on BiggerPockets to notify me in the future. I started with Podio (Premium) and already I am seeing it's limits without having to spend a lot of time customizing it or hiring someone to do it or even paying a monthly fee to some third party. I have been going back and forth between RESimpli and FreedomSoft. I feel both offer a tremendous amount of value. Neither are cheap but I feel they both are probably are going to be the best solution for me. So I just need to make a decision and go with it. I just started wholesaling/investing and my leads are growing and the follow up is what I am wanting to make sure I can handle and that is where I believe your software as well as FS is really good at doing. I want to be able to send mailers directly from my CRM. Not only in bulk but one at a time if needed in a follow-up sequence or drip sequence. From the videos I watched and everything I read I think RESimpli does a good job of that. All of this is just from marketing and tutorials I have seen on the internet though. I appreciate you responding to my questions. That speaks volumes to me.
@Sharad M. Thank you for the explanations you gave. Im looking at REsimpli and I have a few concerns that I was not able to get from the answers to in the "frequently asked questions".
1. Can we extract our data if down the line we decide to go with a different CRM.
2. I have a small team but work 3 different markets. Do I need 3 separate accounts
3. Can it integrate with other software through Zapier? Like SmrtPhone, REreply, Ballpoint Marketing..
4. Has the loading or wait times improved? I heard this was an issue a long with bad or inconsistent call connection.
Some of these concerns were brought on by reviews of other investors using it as I'm doing my due diligence, trying to upgrade from Podio to something more professional and robust.
Thank you in advance

1. Yes, you can export your data at any time.
2. No, you can manage multiple markets in one account. We have MANY investors using REsimpli that in multiple markets. Lauren Hardy from Wholesaling Inc is one of them.
3. Yes, though we have a dialer built right in REsimpli so you won’t need a dialer integration.
4. Yes! Those were part of growing pains for us back in Nov/Dec. We made some infrastructure changes and have been running great since.

Thank you Tommy. I appreciate the kind words and everything you have mentioned about REsimpli. Our goal is to always keep adding more value than what our investors would ever expect.
We have some other pretty BIG updates coming in Q3 to continually keep adding value to real estate investors like yourself.
Thank you again for your kind words

Thanks for this update Tommy. I have been looking into what CRM and systems to use, and it sounds like RESimpli is a solid option. Thanks again.
Thank you @Tommy Hardin for your review!! I am a new investor and was really hung up about which platform to choose that would offer the most bang for my buck before I start seeing returns. It sounds like REsimpli has a lot of value and combines a lot of features so I don’t need to pay for subscriptions to 10 different platforms (and invest a ton of time learning their systems only to discover a better option and start the process over again). I’m really leaning toward REsimpli because of the many features it has as well as my ability to scale within the platform. Thanks for this post @Josh Chapman!!
@Sharad M. Can I research comparable sold properties in RE Simpli? Does the data come from the MLS or county records or both?
