You don't know about the BiggerPockets Pro accounts?

And you call yourself an American! I'm as shocked as the Monkees...

So - to make it up to me, at least finish reading this thread. Cause here's the deal:

  • Pro members get to use the Investment Calculators (and the new one is due out very soon!)
  • Pro members get to see who looks at their profile (this is HUGE for building your business!)
  • Pro members get to post your deals or requests in the Marketplace (Do you need anything? Deals, financing, partners, sales, properties? The only place for that in the MarketPlace)

Brandon, I would never figure you for a Monkees fan! Does that mean there's hope for the rest of us? Heh.

I can assert that pro membership with BP is the best value investment I have made so far this year except for the first deal I picked up through BP.

    Brandon, I would never figure you for a Monkees fan! Does that mean there's hope for the rest of us? Heh.

    I can assert that pro membership with BP is the best value investment I have made so far this year except for the first deal I picked up through BP.

    Thanks so much, @David T. ! And I grew up listening to "oldies" music with my parents - so I'm sure I could sing the words to any song made popular between 1940-1980 :)

    Just upgraded. You know what they say, gotta spend money to make money and 5 bucks seems like a very small amount for the education I am getting.

    You had me sold with the spiderman talent, but then I see it was the old bait-n-switch ....

    I'm still contemplating it ... our renovations are ending this week and then we'll see ... I just need to make sure it's not a cult first :-P

    Very good post bud.I have to finish my first rehab before I have money to go looking for more deals. My wife is not thrilled at the amount coming out of my safety account, but probably happy I have a therapy house to swing a hammer at again.
