Our very own @Scott Trench has written a book called Set for Life: Dominate Life, Money and the American Dream .

Money isn't something that's talked about very often in our society, which is why most of us don't know how to handle it, how to save it, how to spend it properly, and how to use it to prepare for our futures. 

Scott has given you an easy to understand blueprint to follow so you can navigate this confusing road. Follow his lessons, and you will be Set for Life.

We are currently sitting at #163 for all books on Amazon, but we know we can do better than that!

    Scott Trench I pre ordered as soon as it was available and can't wait to get my copy! I'm 30 years old and just now learning to truly budget and be financially responsible! I'm hoping this book will be a great stepping stone to success and that eventually real estate will be my ticket to financial freedom. Before I make my first deal I'm reading all the books I can including yours and @Brandon Turner's book along with Many others and listening to the BP podcast and saving money as fast as it's coming in so that hopefully when that first deal presents itself I'm financially and mentally ready! Congrats on the book can't wait to read it!

    FYI - Amazon just bought out ALL of our additional Stock, so we are reprinting. Wow. I don't know what to say. Thanks to everyone, and I hope that it helps everyone who reads it get to where they want to go as fast as possible!

    @Ahmed Hasan yes! But it might take a few days to get processed by Audible. And, in the meantime, if you want to listen to the audio, just purchase the hardcover and mail your receipt to [email protected]! You'll quickly get an email with a link to download the entire audio!

    I've already read the PDF of the book and I'm thoroughly impressed. I will be recommending this book to every young person that I know and buying it for all of my nieces and nephews. Great work Scott.

    Loved the podcast, I know I will love the book just as much!  Personal finance and real estate in one book, dream reading!  Can't wait to get it in the mail, I was so excited to see it said "Best Seller" when I typed it into Amazon!

    Is anyone having success in downloading the audio file from the email? Otherwise I will keep chipping away at the .pdf version. It's a great read so far!

    @Coty Dowell  - the audioversion can't be downloaded to mobile devices for some reason. Could you try downloading with a laptop or desktop? If you still have trouble then, please email me at [email protected] and I'll have engineering check it out.

     I was able to download the audio version to my iPhone and open the zip file using the "Documents" app.
