Our very own @Scott Trench has written a book called Set for Life: Dominate Life, Money and the American Dream .

Money isn't something that's talked about very often in our society, which is why most of us don't know how to handle it, how to save it, how to spend it properly, and how to use it to prepare for our futures. 

Scott has given you an easy to understand blueprint to follow so you can navigate this confusing road. Follow his lessons, and you will be Set for Life.

We are currently sitting at #163 for all books on Amazon, but we know we can do better than that!

    Holy COW!!!

    You guys blew out the Amazon stock! (They just ordered 2,000 more copies to try to keep up with demand so they'll be back in stock.)

    You guys are awesome! Thank you so much for the orders so far. If you have not yet placed your order, go ahead and do it soon. I think Amazon fills orders as they are received - you don't want to get shut out of their next order!

    And it IS still available in the Kindle version... That one doesn't sell out!

    Purchased a copy on pre-order and looking forward to reading it after I wrap up Brandon Turner's Rental Property Investing book. Listening to Scott's interview on the podcast made me even more anxious to check out his book.

    Great podcast. So far my favorite, so I have only listened to about 30  have your podcast. PLEASE hurry up and make an audiobook version, just don't let Brandon narrate it (sorry buddy, your vocal skillset is better served in podcasts vice audiobook narration).

    Just ordered my copy on Amazon. $17.99 is a steal for this book and the extras. I can't wait to read up not only on the real estate side but the personal finance side as well. hopefully amazon doesn't take to long to stock back up.

    @Mindy Jensen @Joshua Diaz Thanks for the reassurances!  I really appreciate it.  I am loving what I'm learning here on BP and how supportive everyone is.   Anxious to do my first deal... but feel I need a bit more knowledge.  Although, to Josh's point... I should probably start attending some local meetings and networking.  

    @Coco Zuniga, Happy Belated Birthday!! I am glad to see another 40 something getting started. I agree, getting started now is the WAY better than waiting another 5yrs and wishing I had done something sooner. Good luck to you on your REI journey and if I can be of any assistance... even just moral support... let me know. Us newbies need to stick together ;)

    Congrats on the book Scott trench!! It's temporarily out of stock on Amazon! Which is a good problem to have. Is there any other place we can get a copy and still get the extras?

    @Mindy Jensen, @Joshua D. @Brandon Turner@Scott Trench - I am very exited for another awesome BP book.  Thanks for putting this one out there.  The podcast interview was excellent.  I find it hard to believe a 20-something has that much insight about investing.  I really enjoyed hearing his perspective and insight.  You guys are awesome :)

    I pre-ordered the book, but Amazon said they don't have a ship date yet.  Any idea when this will ship?  I'd rather read the book than listen to the audio version.

    I also loved podcast #223.  I listened to it twice I enjoyed it so much!  I am in a similar situation to Dean.  I turned 40 this past year, quit my teaching job, got my real estate licenses, and then I found BP.  I have learned more real life applications  in the last 2 1/2 months than I did as an educator for 16 years...ironic...thank you!

    Seriously though...great job on the podcast.  It actually inspired me to write my first post on a BP forum so I am already winning!  I can't wait to read the book and I hope it makes the Best Seller List!
