We're also looking for people who are so awesome, we don't even know we need them yet. Tell me why I need to hire you for Your Dream Job .
These positions are ALL out of our Denver office. In order to be offered a position with us, you need to either live here or be willing to move here. (Trust me, Denver is AWESOME!!!)
I'm a cop, military veteran, love real estate, getting my realtor license, 15 months from a bachalors in business willing to move for the right price and I'm great at getting stuff done amongst a list of other qualities that would contribute well in any company
If you were open to offering the ability to work remotely I'd have quite a few people to recommend.
Either way, I'll pass the word...never know who will be willing to move.
My next question is, maybe a consultation with a Dev on whether RoR is best for you would be a great idea while you're in transition anyway. There a quite a few options right now that have many companies moving away from RoR.
I'm a commercial carpenter? not sure if that would help the team. I build a lot of Office space in NYC. I also love real estate and invest personally in it. I've been looking for a reason to move to the Denver area because most of my family lives in Aurora. Love to be a part of the bigger pockets team!
I was just reading a great post on here and decided to make an account! As soon as I finished confirming my account, it took me to my dashboard page and I saw this post. it almost seems like fate!
I am experienced with Ruby on Rails, and I am interested in RE Investing! I am going to apply to both the Ruby on Rails Engineer and the QA Intern position. I would love to move to Denver and work with/learn from you all!
@Mindy Jensen Too bad you don't have a remote position, content creator, ambassador program, etc. I would be all over that and more than happy to work with BP in any fashion possible. Good luck in the search for amazing people to help BP, I am sure there will be many great applicants. Plus, YES, Denver is AWESOME!
I would love to work at BP. I do not have programming experience, but am in the Denver area. I work at an Audi Dealer perfecting the customer experience. 2015 and 2016 I was awarded top service consultant in the region. As of yesterday I have been working at the same company for 10 years in various different positions. Please let me know If there are any spots available now or in the future where I might be able to assist in BP's growth. Cheers!
I would love to work with you. I am currently a loan officer but have decided I rather seek out endeavors that allow me to acquire the assets that will change my family's and learn the business from a different perspective through application.
In order to be a beneficial resource to you and a beneficial fit for your goals I can submit a resume. However I believe my value is held in the belief that you are always on a journey to meet like minded people and drawn to such to achieve a purpose that is destined to serve and be served.
As such I believe in education and recently have added the following:
I am a certified digital marketer. (Google analytics, MS Office, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Excel and Email marketing, various CRM systems over the years)
I hold a Bachelors in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. Skills I have learned I still use everyday.
I have experience in various levels of the art of the deal or negotiations with vendors on a global scale.
I pride myself in my creativity to resolve problems to the satisfaction of all parties.
I am a motivated learner who listens and applies what I learn.
Best of all I live in Colorado and in Fort Collins. So I am Local and Available.
Mindy @Mindy Jensen! I would love love love working with you! Part-time, full-time, you name it. Love real estate + love programming. I am a full-time software developer/IT person, I work remotely for a well established company, and I am an investor on the side. I am in the Microsoft stack right now. Being a smart gal, I can learn Ruby, Rails, and Ruby on Rails no problem. I am in IL though, I can travel some, but would prefer to keep working remotely!
I’m still in the process of finishing a course on learning Ruby on Rails before I can call my self a regular. But at a basic level I know Ruby on Rails and I live in Florida. I would love to relocate to Denver if the chance was given to me.
Electrical Engineer.
I can learn most programming platforms on my own in a week tops.
Still hiring?
PS I am a Non-performing Note investor
No tenants and toilets for me. I have the time.
Not to derail at all, by why Ruby on Rails? I work with VB.net (job) and python (hobby). Is Ruby on rails something that I should look into learning next?
