Today I'm happy to announce that another BiggerPockets member has graciously joined the BP Moderating Team to help us better moderate and manage the community
Karen Margrave (Previously known as "Karen M.") is an active real estate developer in Southern California. Over the years, Karen and her husband have developed general offices, medical offices, multi families, office parks, office/retail condos, medical/dental clinics and a residential subdivision. The majority of their projects are spec buildings, which they sell to investors and owner/users.
Be sure you follow her here on BP, and wish her well as she joins the moderation team!

No, I posted yesterday, wished you a happy V day, called you baby (afectionately) with your pic, then admited I shouldn't have done that and suggested you spank me with your mod authority.....as a joke my dear! Seems someone else is infringing on freedoms of speach and rights to kid around amongst friends.

Karen Margrave, not quite yet. However, I am researching a few hard money lenders right now in the Phoenix area. Also, there is a BP Member that is working with a Real Estate Attorney and will let me know how it goes when he is done, so that will be nice. I figured it is better to ask, even if not for a great reference, but a "Stay away from so and so" kind of deal :) I saw in one of your post that your parents live in the Phoenix area. How do they like it, and how long have they been there?
Hey, someone from my 'neck of the woods,' Orange County, CA. Congratulations Karen, and good luck. My mother was a moderator for another forum and it really kept her busy. But she liked it. I am sure you will like it too!
