Im very thankful that during the world falling apart, which definately worried me in the beginning of covid, that all my tenants continued to pay rent, my business thrived, and I was fortunate enough to remain healthy through all of this. Also, not seeing so many friends especially during 2020 into early 2021, really did help to make me appreciate my friendships all the more.

Thankful for health, family and friendships for sure.

Thankful for my sobriety, going on 12 years.  Without it I'd just be another statistic.

Thankful to have options like to work or not, especially during covid. Freedom was my why to begin with.

Thankful to BP and the many friends I've made.  You all make my days brighter👍

I'm thankful to have discovered the opportunities that real estate investing offers - to be able to improve my own life and make an impact on my community.  And being able to connect with investors who are amazing humans doing incredible things to make the world a better place has gotten me so motivated, inspired, and excited about getting up everyday.  I don't think I could ask for more!

Aw Russian River brings back fond memories   My dad had a land project in Monte Rio in 1968 69.. I was at Murphy's resort in Guerneville when I watched Neil Armstrong make his famous steps on to the moon..  Also owned a property at Jenner by the sea I sold it a few years ago to someone who wanted to park their RV there a few weeks at a time.. very pretty basically ocean front but non buildable ( septic issues.).. there are lots of old platted lots above Monte Rio and Gureneville.. as those towns were subdivided in the 20s and platted but roads never put in..  its an interesting history of Shawdow plats in many areas of the greater bay area ..  Santa Cruz county out by Loch Lomand lake  Russian River.. and of course Clear lake  Lake county has about 10k shadow lots.  congrats and enjoy the area its stunning in the summer.

Thankful for all my tenants - rent not a day late from anyone.
Thankful that everyone close to me has been safe and healthy this year.
Thankful that the event biz has been coming back to life - SO glad to be back in my seat making the magic happen behind the scenes!
(Thankful for Jay too - “You’ve done X? You got this” from someone who is a legit, experienced investor definitely helped when working through the 7-layer cake of weird that was my 2029 note/foreclosure property).

@Jay Hinrichs Thats a great list to be proud of and be thankful for!

There is much to be thankful for this year after a rough 2020, but I will keep it short:

    1) A successful 2021 in my agent business. Brought on an assistant to grow and continue helping folks build massive wealth through real estate.

    2) Being able to attend BPCON2021 where I met some really cool folks!

    3) A healthy family

    4) My clients & vendor partners that make my job fun

    5) BP for continuing to pump out valuable content to help us grow and build whatever we want to go after
