Looking for Office Space: Woodstock, Acworth, Kennesaw, Canton GA

Hello. I have a question for commercial real estate investors. My wife and I have a (non-real estate) business that we have been doing out of our home for the last 5 years. We are looking to expand and want to rent an office space where we can have employees go, receive deliveries, store equipment, do computer work, etc. It is not the kind of business that relies on foot or driving traffic, but I would love for it to not be in too sketchy of an area. We live near Bells Ferry in the Towne Lake area of Woodstock, Georgia, and want it to be within 15 or so minutes of our house for convenience. Hello Eddie,

Take a look at the commerical space on Bells Ferry right before you get to Eagle Dr. and even before the new car wash if you are going north.  There is a space there that used to have a bar in it which never really took off.  It may be an option.  They are also trying to sell a former garage on the other side of that building which is about 5000 sq. ft.
