What's up BP folks...Any self storage investors on here? I am curious about the space and looking to learn more about it. Specifically how you underwrite your deals. How you manage them once acquired. Etc. I've searched the forums and haven't seen a ton of information. Anyone who could provide any information would be greatly appreciated!
