Role in Underwriting and Property Management
When I first dipped my toes into the world of investment, I wore all the underwriting hats. Crunching those numbers, making sure our plans were solid—yeah, that was my jam. But as my portfolio expanded faster than my wildest dreams, I knew it was time to assemble a kick-*** team dedicated to underwriting and acquisitions. Teamwork makes the dream work, right?
These days, I still play a major role in reviewing the numbers. Got to make sure our investments dance to the beat of our business objectives. I leverage my engineering background to analyze financial projections. Are they realistic? Achievable? I'll be the judge of that. While I may not build the underwriting models from scratch anymore, I still take a close look at them to provide valuable insights and make informed decisions.
Apart from underwriting, I also have a strong passion for property management and renovations. I enjoy the process of bringing our business plans to life by actively managing and improving our properties. It's incredibly fulfilling to witness the transformation and see our investments thrive.
With my all-star team taking care of the nitty-gritty underwriting and property management, I get to focus on the big picture. I'm the captain steering the ship, driving the growth of our real estate portfolio. It's all about finding the perfect puzzle pieces, matching the right folks to the right roles based on their strengths. When you've got a team like that, you're destined for real estate stardom.💥
