Whats up everyone, im on the fence about breaking into the business by house hacking with a duplex or also getting into wholesaling. From your experience, where do you thin the best place to start is? Wholesaling comes with alot of legwork but also quick turn around for the "bigger pocket" compared to house hacking where you play more of the long game. Any advice would help. Thanks

Aren't, "Lot of legwork" and "quick turn around" contradictory?

That's the problem so many newbies flameout over concerning wholesaling.
- They get one deal and think they're successful. Then they can't find another deal for several months and realize it's a lot of hard work and quit.

House-hacking is more controllable and predictable.
